1 Adding a Payment Method
How to Add Payment Method:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on "Wallet & Billing"
- Select "Add Payment Method"
- Choose your preferred method (Card, PayPal, or Bank)
- Enter the required information
- Click "Save" to add the method
Security Tip: All payment information is encrypted and securely stored. We never store your full card details.

3 Adding Funds to Wallet
Top-Up Process:
- Navigate to "Wallet & Billing"
- Click "Add Funds"
- Enter the amount you want to add (minimum $10)
- Select your payment method
- Confirm the transaction
- Funds are added instantly

4 Payment for Lessons
When you book a lesson:
- Payment is processed immediately upon booking
- Funds are held securely until the lesson is completed
- Teacher receives payment 24 hours after lesson completion
- You can review the lesson before payment is released
5 Refund Policy
Refund Conditions:
- Cancellation 24+ hours before: 100% refund to wallet
- Cancellation 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 12 hours: No refund
- Teacher cancellation: 100% refund + 10% bonus credit
- Technical issues: Full refund if lesson couldn't proceed
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed instantly to your wallet. Bank refunds take 5-10 business days.
6 For Teachers: Receiving Payments
Teacher Payment Process:
- Complete the lesson successfully
- Payment is held for 24 hours (review period)
- After 24 hours, payment is released to your wallet
- Withdraw funds to your bank account or PayPal
7 Withdrawal (For Teachers)
How to Withdraw Earnings:
- Go to "Finances" in your dashboard
- Click "Withdraw Funds"
- Enter withdrawal amount (minimum $50)
- Select withdrawal method (PayPal or Bank Transfer)
- Confirm withdrawal request
- Receive funds within 3-5 business days
Withdrawal Fees:
- PayPal: 2% fee
- Bank Transfer: $5 flat fee
- Free withdrawal for amounts over $500
8 Transaction History
View all your transactions:
- Access from "Wallet & Billing" section
- Filter by date, type, or status
- Download statements for tax purposes
- Export to PDF or CSV format
9 Billing Issues
Common Issues and Solutions:
- Payment Declined: Check card details, expiry date, and available balance
- Duplicate Charge: Contact support immediately with transaction ID
- Missing Refund: Refunds take 5-10 days for bank cards
- Incorrect Amount: Review transaction details and contact support
